FITNESS:

Since Kailash Manasarovar situated at very high altitude place, those who are willing to travel Kailash Mansarovar, they should be plan properly and consult their family physician and get the following tests done. E.C.G., Blood Pressure, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar etc. Apart from all these tests, the pilgrims are advised to start morning and evening walk, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise in order to be in physically fit condition.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT TERMS:

A 25% deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu, in Indian Rupees equivalent to US Dollars.

 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• Personal health checkup should be done with your family doctor considering the journey to above 5,000 meter and certificate should be sent to our office for the application of Travel permit.
• Medical Insurance with evacuation facility should be done in your city through reliable insurance company (The cost incurred is not included in the tour cost).
• Scanned copies of passport with 6 months’ validity from the date of entry to Tibet and 2 copies of PP size photos.
• Original Passport should be received by our office at least 15 days prior to scheduled departure for visa application.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Groups or Yatri may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written cancellation notification through an e-mail must be received by the concerned company. The applicable cancellation charges will be as follows:

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON:

• Cancellation before 60 days: USD 500
• Cancellation before 15 days: 50 percent of tour cost.
• Cancellation less than 07 days: 100 percent of tour cost.
